I made the move.
Now I’m officially in Texas.
It’s 107 degrees out here and I love it.
The people out here are friendlier too.
The energy is more relaxed and chilled out.
The city area is definitely a city as there are quite a few buildings but it’s nothing like NYC.
I could tell I’m going to like it here.
I found a nice place to live in too and the rent ain’t bad.
My next step is to find a way to learn a trade that involves me working with my hands and picking up some practical skills.
This will pay my bills and allow me to continue building SO in my free time.
A few hours ago I didn’t know where I was going to stay but I sure damn found a spot with some persistence.
Thank God for Uber too since it allowed me to move around quickly.
The girls here ain’t bad too.
I’m all positive and I’m all ready.
I know the enemies are on their way…
I will be challenged.
Uncertainty, anxiety, ambiguity…
Moving into a new environment provides a unique set of challenges.
I will make mistakes…
That is to be expected.
The point is to learn from them and move on.
It feels good to be free…to be light…to just make a decision and go with it like that…to live dangerously…
But it also feels a bit uncomfortable.
But a superior man lives on the edge…
Best,
