The Optimal Breakfast for Men

My outcome with this article is to share an amazing breakfast that I’ve been eating almost everyday for a few years and have come to believe that it’s one of the most optimal breakfasts for men.

This breakfast is optimal for men as it benefits key male hormones. It is also a delicious breakfast that you can modify and refine so you’re never bored with it. 

Ingredients:

2 big tablespoons of Kerrygold Butter

4 to 6 eggs

Thinly sliced broccoli 

Thinly sliced mushrooms

Spinach

Cheddar cheese 

Sea salt

Do your best to get all of the above ingredients organic because pesticides and hormones are NOT good for optimal hormone function.

The eggs contain HDL cholesterol and high-quality saturated fat which has direct impact on testosterone levels.

The butter is amazing for testosterone production since it’s all saturated fat and it also contains great vitamins A, K2 and D!

The broccoli and mushrooms have been proven to act as estrogen removers from your body thus increasing testosterone. 

The high-quality cheese (preferably grass-fed) is also loaded with saturated fats.

This breakfast puts your body in a fat-burning mode and are great for your neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin.

You will feel your body stay energized and your mind focused for the rest of the day unlike the effects of eating a high in simple carb breakfast that leaves you feeling tired and mentally foggy. 

Once you get tired of a particular combination, just switch it up. Try different cheeses or vegetables but always keep the eggs and butter. That’s how I am able to keep eating the same breakfast almost every day!

Common variations I use are cherry tomatoes, egg-plant, zucchini and more.

Feel free to add some bacon in this bad-boy and you’re all set for a great day filled with energy and focus.
